Cancellation & pre-closure policy
These terms apply to scheme cancellation and pre-closure, including the Making Charge Discount Plan.
1. Strictly no cash refunds
Under no circumstances will cash refunds be provided upon cancellation, pre-closure, or withdrawal from the scheme. The accumulated amount or gold value can be redeemed only in the form of gold jewellery.
2. Forfeiture of promotional discounts
If the scheme is discontinued, cancelled, or closed before the full tenure (12 months or 24 months), all special promotional benefits—including the 70% discount or 100% zero making charge benefit—are revoked and declared null and void.
3. Standard jewellery redemption
Upon pre-closure, the customer is eligible to purchase 100% BIS Hallmarked 916 gold jewellery against the accumulated gold balance, subject to regular making charges and applicable GST.
4. Mandatory identity verification
The primary account holder must present valid government-issued ID proof (KYC) along with original receipts or passbook to process any account closure at the Khordha showroom.
5. Nominee claim in exceptional events
In the event of the account holder’s demise or incapacitation, the designated registered nominee may claim the accumulated gold jewellery value upon submitting valid legal proof and identity verification.
6. Legal jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from cancellation or pre-closure are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Khordha, Odisha.
