Bank account numbers, IFSC, and merchant UPI are held for Jwelly AI / accounts setup only. They are not published on this public website. Payments are accepted in-store via Cash, UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and the Sahoo Jewellers app.

Scheme 1 (11 + 1 Monthly Deposit Plan)
Deposit a fixed amount (minimum ₹3,000) for 11 consecutive months, and Sahoo Jewellers pays the 12th installment as a 100% free bonus. Purchase pure gold jewellery worth 12 months' value upon maturity.
Scheme 2 (Making Charge Discount Plan)
Convert monthly installments (minimum ₹3,000) directly into pure gold weight at daily live gold rates. Protect your savings from gold rate hikes and receive massive making charge discounts—up to 70% OFF on 12-month plans and 100% ZERO making charges on 24-month plans.

9. Cancellation policy
Scheme contributions can be cancelled under unforeseen circumstances subject to official verification at the Khordha showroom.
If a customer chooses to terminate the Dhanalaxmi 11+1 Plan prematurely, the 1-month bonus contribution will be forfeited, and the principal accumulated amount will be redeemed solely against gold jewellery purchases at prevailing market rates.
10. Refund policy
Under statutory trade regulations for gold and precious commodities, cash refunds are strictly not permitted against advance bookings, scheme deposits, or purchased jewellery.
All accumulated scheme balances must be redeemed exclusively against BIS Hallmarked physical gold, silver, or diamond jewellery at the store.
11. Shipping & in-store pickup
Digital bookings and scheme redemptions are processed directly at the flagship showroom: Sahoo Jewellers, Sakuntala Market Complex, Near New Bus Stand Road, Khordha.
In-person physical delivery requires the customer to present original Government ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN) and the registered mobile app for biometric or OTP verification.
12. Terms & conditions
- Punctual Installments: Monthly installments under gold schemes must be paid on or before the due date each calendar month without default.
- Bonus Eligibility: Defaulting or delaying installments forfeits the promotional bonus allocation.
- Redemption Scope: Value accumulated converts strictly into physical hallmarked jewellery at prevailing daily rates. Cash disbursement is prohibited.
- KYC Compliance: Customers must provide valid government-recognized identification at enrollment and final redemption.
- Nominee Facility: Account holders can designate a legitimate nominee during registration to safeguard investment benefits.
- Statutory Taxes: Applicable GST and local statutory charges at the time of final jewellery delivery are payable by the customer.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal matters or disputes are subject solely to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Khordha, Odisha.
