Digital bookings and scheme redemptions are processed directly at the flagship showroom: Sahoo Jewellers, Sakuntala Market Complex, Near New Bus Stand Road, Khordha.

Identity verification

In-person physical delivery requires the customer to present original Government ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN) and the registered mobile app for biometric or OTP verification.

We currently do not offer courier shipping of gold, silver, or diamond jewellery. Pickup is in-store only.
